GreenCut Robotics required a custom battery solution meeting the following specifications:

 

  • Dimension:Maximum 300mm x 150mm x 100mm to fit within the mower’s low-profile design
  • Weight: Not exceeding 5 kg to maintain maneuverability and reduce lawn impact
  • Voltage: 36V nominal
  • Capacity: Minimum 10Ah, with a target of 15Ah for extended operation time
  • Discharge Rating: Continuous discharge rate of 20A, with peak capability of 40A for 30 seconds to handle thick grass
  • Chemistry: LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) for enhanced safety and longevity
  • BMS (Battery Management System):Advanced cell balancing with temperature compensation
    • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity for remote monitoring and control
    • Adaptive power management based on grass thickness and terrain
    • Self-diagnostic capabilities with predictive maintenance alerts
  • Certifications: UL 2271, IP67 rating for water and dust resistance

 

PKCELL Solution Design:

  • We developed an advanced battery solution for GreenCut Robotics:Utilized high-performance LiFePO4 cells with optimized energy density
  • Implemented a rugged, waterproof enclosure with built-in cooling channels
  • Integrated an AI-powered BMS for intelligent power management and lawn coverage optimization
  • Developed a proprietary rapid-charging system compatible with solar charging stations
